We trace our roots back to the soils of our planet Earth.
Our Roots
Our journey with tea simply began with a love for Nature and preserving the lineage of tea-making and processing skills that has been passed down by our ancestors. Our roots run deep in the tradition and practice of tea-making.
We align the roots of our ancient culture with this magical tea plant, Camellia sinensis, which gives birth to emerald green leaves that can be processed into a myriad of teas differing in forms, shapes, sizes and colours. Each tea leaf possesses its own uniqueness, delicacy and character and it is the role of our tea-making family to craft these leaves according to the individual character of the tea, paying respect to this gift of Mother Nature.
As tea plants need sunlight, fertile soils, healthy microbes, and the utmost love and care of farmers to grow healthily and strongly, we, as the tea-making family, work alongside these farmers to ensure the original character of the tea is not lost.
From our cumulative experience in tea-making for four generations, we hope to share our heritage and legacy of our ancestors, that is, the traditions and craftsmanship of Oolong teas with passionate tea lovers from around the world.
“When we craft teas according to the Law of Nature, the teas would reflect their most natural notes, flavours, and fragrance back to us.”
“Tea is the medicine of ten thousand ailments.” I want people around me to also enjoy the wellness of this powerful tea plant and the bliss and joy that it brings.”
