Shipping & Returns

We value your satisfaction as our important guest.  If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please provide us with your name, receipt of purchase and reason, we will issue a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase (this limits to non-tea products as teas are non-refundable for food safety and hygiene purposes).  We only accept returned products that are unused and in original condition and packaging.

Please email us at tea@unitea.store or send us a message through our Contact Us page.  Your satisfaction is very important to us.  Refunds will be issued within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) as store credit to your billing account. We will kindly ask you to mail back our refunded product(s) so that we can work on improving for the better in the future. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for replacement product to arrive.

Domestic Shipping within Canada

Free shipping to all provinces in Canada on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after transaction discounts and special promotions). Use “FREESHIP_CAN” code at checkout. Shipping rates depend on size and weight for orders under $100. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours (excludes weekends and holidays) via Canada Post ground shipping unless you specify otherwise (Expedited / Xpresspost / Priority, additional fees may apply). Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

International Shipping to USA

Free shipping to all states within the US on orders of $150 or more (before taxes and after transaction discounts and special promotions). Use “FREESHIP_US”code at checkout. Shipping rates depend on size and weight for orders under $150. Your order will be shipped within 72 hours (excludes weekends and holidays) via Canada Post unless you specify otherwise (Expedited / Xpresspost / Priority, additional fees may apply). Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

International Shipping outside of North America

Free shipping to countries outside of North America (some conditions may apply) on orders of $150 or more (before taxes and after transaction discounts and special promotions). Use “FREESHIP_INT”code at checkout. Shipping rates depend on size and weight for orders under $150. Your order will be shipped within 72 hours (excludes weekends and holidays) via Canada Post unless you specify otherwise (Expedited / Xpresspost / Priority, additional fees may apply). Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.

*Please confirm whether your mailing address is correct before placing your order as we are not responsible for deliveries to any wrong addresses that our customers have provided us. Shall you need to change your mailing address after ordering, please contact tea@unitea.store as soon as possible before we fulfill our order for you.

*Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and fees that may apply in their countries. Any delay in delivery due to customs will be out of our control and responsibility.
