Tieguanyin (Iron Goddess of Mercy) Oolong (鐵觀音烏龍) in Taiwan is used to describe a type of oolong teas that undergo the traditional Iron Goddess tea-making method, typically with heavy roasting, regardless of the type of tea leaves used. Our Tieguanyin Oolong is cultivated at 700 to 1,000 meters and has notes of creaminess and roasted nuts that would leave you a silky and buttery mouthfeel for the day.
