Taiwanese High Mountain Oolongs boast an exceptional fragrant and flavourful profile due to the slower and longer growth of tea leaves grown on High Mountain mist-covered slopes. Throughout the year, these teas are only harvested twice during the winter and spring seasons in order for the tea plants to recuperate and grow healthier for the following year. Thus, our High Mountain Oolongs curated for this Mist Tea Series are produced in very limited quantities. Grown under high altitude alpine conditions, our High Mountain tea plants are shrouded in mist all year long, thereby absorbing a High Mountain mist aroma that are unique to High Mountain teas only.
